10 man Ulduar we are still trying to get set groups in place. However we are working on getting 3 total groups together that will be working on Ulduar at least two days a week with consistant groups and back up ppl to fill as necessary.
25 mans invites will go out to those who have shown dedication to the 10 man content first mostly because the more people we have in the raid with 10 man experience the better our chances will be at the 25 man content.

The exception to all of this is of course dependant on who shows up at raid times invites start going out at 6:30 ST with a start time of 7 ST at 7 we WILL start replacing those not online.
This is simple as we could make it and still keep it fair. You are allowed one need win on an epic and one need win on Teir set piece. However you may continue to roll on need rolls on upgrades that are for your primary spec but if someone else rolls against you that has not yet won an item they will win it because you have.

Example  last night I won a need roll on a necklace (tank) next boss the other tank in the group won pants by default because I already won a need roll if he had not rolled however I could of won them on need before they would of gone to a greed roll for off specs. Now since he had won a need roll also it would of reset and next tank piece we would of rolled against each other for.

Loot will always go to need rolls on primary specs prior to be given to off specs. The exception is if everyone that needs it passes then they will have no reason to cry if it goes to an off spec. The point of this is to get as many upgrades on main specs as fast as possible this will enhance our ability to progress.

When items do go to greed rolls we do not care how many greed wins a person has.
When it comes to caster classes we've decided that there is only one true way to keep this fair. Cloth classes I.E. Mages, priests, warlocks, will get priority on cloth armor before it will go to Druids, Pallies, Shammies. Leather pieces will go to Druids first. Mail armor will go to Shammies first. And Plate armor will go to Pallies first. This is all retaining to caster gear however it goes the same for melee gear for leather it would be Druid, Rogue first, Mail would be Shammy, Hunter etc. We will NOT allow plate, leather, and Mail wearers to win cloth items over cloth classes that need. It would not be fair to make cloth classes compete against 6 classes for their gear when Pallies dont have to compete against anyone for plate caster gear nor do Shammies or Druids for mail and leather.

If you want an item that is not for your class type I.E. Druid wants cloth caster gear you may still roll just know that if a cloth wearer rolls as well you will not win it over them.

And of course tank gear goes to tanks before off specs for other classes.

Exception: After looking over the loot tables it appears the only hit gear for all caster clases may be cloth so we will discuss letting the Mail, Leather wearers roll on cloth gear that has plus to hit on it but only that. As far as drops go there seems to be as much healing leather as healing mail and cloth that drops.

Loot Rules
Class Loot Priority
All Rules are subject to change however changes will not be made during any raids that are underway. And we will make sure anyone is informed of any changes made in game and changes will be posted here prior to implementing changes.
The Filler Rule
This rule only applies after a raid is underway and the first boss has been downed. This also only applies after we have at least 6 bosses on farm status and not for any bosses that are still concidered progression. This does not apply to non guildies filling our raids as they will prolly not have been able to review our loot rules.

This rule is simple if someone has to leave and we bring in a person to fill the filler will not be able to roll on loot that drops off of the next farm boss that is downed but may roll on any subsequent boss thereafter. Plus the raid spot will be theres for the next scheduled raid that week as long as they show up on time.
